Full Circle’s sole-managed act, Slam!, has enjoyed a busy July travelling throughout the country and performing at a wide range of venues on their 'summer tour'.
Starting at the HAC at the end of June the boys brought the house down on a fun packed bill including the UK ballroom champs, Danny Stowell and Kate Moore. The team went straight into rehearsals at the ‘Dance Attic’ in Fulham for the first week of July- with Kylie putting the finishing touches to her tour\promo in the next-door studio!!
Slam! were preparing for 2 nights at the Royal Albert Hall on the 7th and 8th July working with Peter Cook events. The boys were on the same bill as Mica Paris, the Royal Phil, the BBC Big Band, Jason Manford and Jimmy Carr. For the RAH we had written a new show which involved 8 drummers and 8 dancers opening the 1st and 2nd half of each night.

Slam's lead drummer was back at the HAC on the 9th July with our act Urban Groove and then the tour bus rolled up to Silverstone for the guys to perform at the Formula 1 Grand Prix Ball. Alongside Damon Hill and Jackie Stewart the show was enjoyed by Rick Parfitt jnr and Murray Walker amongst hundreds of others.
With the Grand Prix out of the way, our head drummer Rich Joy, then made his way across the seas to Azerbaijan, playing percussion with 2 of Europe’s leading DJs and sax players at a private party for the President on Baku beach.

20 Musicians, 6 Stilt walkers 5 Balloon distributors, 4 Shoe-shiners, 3 Jugglers and 1 foam ‘Metro Man’ actor! Full Circle provided all the entertainment for the launch of the first Metro Bank to be opened in the UK at Southampton Row, High Holborn.
The aim was to build awareness of the brand and draw footfall into the area through high impact characters, giveaways and freebies alongside musical entertainment. Whilst branded promotional staff handed out over 10,000 balloons, 2 chaperones escorted the bank’s talisman ‘Metro Man’ through the space having his Polaroid taken with the waiting crowds.
The branch was packed out for the whole 3 days with people opening accounts for the new concept customer service orientated bank. Watch this space for future launches…
