The Chandelier is one of the most daring neo-circus props in the world. Measuring a grand 2 meter tall by 2 meters wide this stunning fully functioning prop creates a spellbinding centre piece to an event.
Empress Stah is an iconic figure in the world of Avant Garde Cabaret and Aerial Circus Theatre. Her current project 'Empress Stah in Space', commissioned for the Spill Festival of Performance and supported by The Arts Council of England, has her collaborating with electro clash super star Peaches and legendary punk poet Lydia Lunch. Stah's signature performance piece 'Swinging from the Chandelier' was the recipient of a Jerwood Circus Award and has been performed for Harvey Nichols Damien Hirst and The Brit Awards, alongside Dita Von Teese and Cirque du Soleil. Empress Stah is featured on the promo video for infamous nightspot 'The Box', has toured the world with the ground breaking clubbing experience that is 'Torture Garden' and has presented a video installation in the new 'Tate Modern Tanks'. The Chandelier show options: Impermanence  Add a sense of grandeur and decadence to your event, conjuring up the atmosphere of the greatest events of all time. 'Impermanence' was originally conceived for the Wella Trend Vision Award at The Round House, London and has since been performed worldwide. The soundtrack is called 'Impermanence' composed by Greek song writer Othon Mataragas and sung by Italian singer song writer Ernesto Tomasini. Ice Palace Blue lights and flaky falling snow adorn the Chandelier to create a magical, wintery scene for Empress Stah to perform her aerial hoop show to the popular and soaring soundtrack by Madonna 'Frozen'.
